1. Submit Application FormsPlease complete Forms A, B and the following information in the Checklist and email to SBarker@chulavistaca.gov for initial submittal. |
2. Receive ConfirmationReceive confirmation email or call from staff. Staff will take seven (7) business days to review application and will notify applicant that information is adequate to proceed. |
3. Complete Additional FormsStaff will send Forms C, D, E, F, G, H, and I for applicant to complete, in which the applicant must return forms by the election date (one week prior to City Council hearing.) |
4. City Council HearingThe City Council hearing will take place seven (7 )days after election date.

5. Record DocumentsIf City Council approves, applicant will record completed Form L and Annexation Map. |
6. Return Recorded DocumentsApplicant will return conformed documents of recorded documents to staff, SBarker@chulavistaca.gov. |
