The City, along with Elite Athlete Services will hold a ceremony to celebrate our local champions at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center.

Nominate a Champion

Nominate a Champion – either yourself or someone else – to be recognized at the Chula Vista Champions celebration at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center!

We will award those who have been recognized in the last  five years either locally, regionally, nationally or internationally for their achievements. These champions can represent Chula Vista in academics, sports, community service, cultural arts, and more. You can submit an individual or a team, class or other group. Self submissions are welcome and encouraged. Nomination deadline is February 18, 2018.

All nominations are kept confidential. Nominee cannot have been recognized previously for same accomplishment by the City and/or received a Chula Vista Champions medal.

Champions must be present at the ceremony on Saturday, February 24 to be recognized.
