Long week at work? Come release tension, stretch, and strengthen your core muscles while enjoying the beautiful views of San Diego bay. The class is one hour long, and it will be taught by a local yoga instructor.
What about the kids?
We will have on-site childcare! $15 per child, and it includes admission to the center ALL DAY. After yoga, you and your little one can witness a shark & ray feeding, spend time on the trails, interact with sea turtles and more!

Comfortable clothes, water, a large mat if you have one. If not, a large towel or two.
