The 9th annual South Bay Spring Arts Festival (Formally April in Paris) will be held at the Chula Vista Marina on April 21 and 22. South Bayfront Artists welcomes all art lovers to stroll the lovely outdoor marina setting while enjoying a dazzling variety of fine art originals, all produced by local artists. Mark your calendars and note that hours on both Saturday and Sunday are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This will be a juried show, and many of the items will be available for purchase. Come and support your local artists!
The Chula Vista Marina is located at 550 Marina Pkwy, Chula Vista, CA 91910. Ample street parking adjoins the beautiful grassy expanse where the festival is set. Artists will have booths displaying their works and will be available for interviews and discussion. Having outgrown its previous indoor venue, this year’s event was moved to an outdoor location. We anticipate the Spring Festival becoming the premier arts event in the South Bay region.
You’ll want to be there for the reception and awards ceremony, which will be held on Saturday at 4:30 pm. Winners in the various categories will be announced and prizes presented at the reception. We are committed to encouraging, promoting and recognizing local artists.
