EastLake Village Marketplace will be celebrating Halloween with free treats, mascot appearances, free face painting and balloons on Wednesday, October 31 from 3-5 pm. Children ages 12 and under who are dressed in costume and accompanied by an adult will receive free treats from participating merchants.
