The WaterSmart Landscape Makeover Series will take you through every step needed to replace your lawn with drought tolerant plants that improve your property and can lower your water bill. Classes will be held at the Chula Vista City Civic Center complex (276 Fourth Avenue), Building C on September 24, October 8, October 22 and November 5, from 5 to 9 p.m. This is a series of classes so you must attend all four classes and commit to replace a section of your turf within six months after completion of the last class to enroll.
