Celebrate a Champion on Friday, July 8, 2022!

Chula Vista is a city full of champions! Nominate a Champion, either yourself or someone else, to be recognized at the Downtown Chula Vista Block Party event on Friday, July 8, 2022 on historic Third Avenue. We recognize local heroes who made contributions to the city during the pandemic as well as those with accomplishments in academics, athletics, cultural arts, community service or other diverse categories of community support and engagement. You can submit an individual, a team, class or other group. Please complete the nomination form below so your champion(s) can be recognized! Self submissions are welcome and encouraged and all nominations are kept confidential.  If selected, winners must be present at the event to receive medal.
