As part of our team's community outreach, we organize and host an annual Girls Inspiring Real Leadership In STEAM (GIRLS) Conference. We have the opportunity to invite students from 6th-12th grades to come listen to selected inspirational speakers from STEAM careers and leadership backgrounds that we believe could form a lasting impact towards the young students in our community. Our goal is to inspire and equip students from 6-12th grade to become the leaders of tomorrow, while also fostering an interest in STEAM education. This year, the theme for our conference is about the importance of making "Connections for Life". The event will be located in Eastlake High School’s Ruth Chapman Theater on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
