It's that time of year...when the circle at Whiteny and Mankato streets transform to a magical place of beautiful holiday decorations and music! Bring the family and walk or drive through the circle located between First and Second Avenues, south of H Street in Chula Vista. The free display is open from 5 to 10 p.m. nightly from December 12 through December 26. Thank you to the residents of the circle for sharing this tradition!
