Chula Vista HarborFest continues to grow in community participation, attractions and visitors! HarborFest promotes art, culture, and recreation, while activating our parks, marinas, tidelands and restaurants. On August 20, 2016, thousands of HarborFest attendees will again enjoy free kayaking, paddleboard lessons, pier fishing, local wildlife, boat rides and bay tours. A Culinary and Spirit Tasting and Wine & Craft Beer Garden will spotlight local fare. Three stages will showcase local talent, junior chef contests, and popular headliner bands. Booths will feature non-profits, art, crafts, and more! Returning attractions include youth-focused interactive art activities, BMX extreme riders; an Electric Vehicle Ride and Drive and a Green Zone to promote conservation, environmental stewardship and sustainability.
