CAMP SUNRISE (Monday, June 20 - Friday, June 24) from 9:00am-2:00pm. Fee: $27.00 Resident, $33.00 Non-Resident   Registration Number:  #9100.290.  Campers must bring lunch and a beverage each day.  Charge for late pick up is $1 per minute. Campers will have the opportunity to develop leisure skills, improve socialization and learn new activities! Activities include: Arts & Crafts Dance & Music Sports & Games Fitness & Exercise.  Campers should wear athletic clothing, hat, sunscreen, and athletic shoes. Activities will also include outdoor time. Participants must be independent in the restrooms.
Staff can assist with snapping, buttoning, and zipping of garments ONLY.Registration Online at www.chulavista.gov/rec or at any Recreation Facility. 

This program is funded through Federal HUD Community Development Block Grants Funds. As
a result, we are required to gather income and demographic information on every registrant.
In order to participate, you will be required to complete a CDBG Intake Form and a copy of
your family’s IRS 1040 tax form(s) prior to participating. Information will be kept confidential
and shall only be used to comply with CDBG requirements.
