The Computer Lab at Civic Center is equipped with 14 Windows based PCs, a black and white printer, projector, and wireless keyboard and mouse for an instructor.

WiFi Instructions & Tips 

WiFi Hot-Spots Available for Checkout

Patrons can check out Internet Hot-Spots. These devices provide wireless internet access nearly everywhere and fit in your pocket.

• Patrons must sign agreement prior to checking out a Hot-Spot
• Patrons checking out a device must be at least 18 years old.
• 7 day checkout period.
• WiFi Hot-Spots can be reserved.
• $1.00 per day overdue fee.

• Patrons must be 18 or older with no current fines owed.
• 7 day checkout period.
• Chromebooks can be reserved.
• $10 a day overdue fee.

Library Computers

Requirement: You must have a Chula Vista Library Card

Duration of Use:

• Up to 1 hour per session in Adult area. Can be reserved in the library
  (2 hours total per day)
• Up to 30 minutes per session in Children’s area (2 hours total per day)
  Internet Express 15-minute stations; no reservation required

Printing:

• $0.15 a page $1 Bills or coins OK
• Black & white printing and on Library-supplied paper only
