Sweetwater Union High School District Visual and Performing Arts Department presents SUHSD Summer Arts Academy Closing Day Performance on Saturday, June 16th at 2pm. Location: Chula Vista High School's Jack Tygett Performing Arts Center. Highlighting our District's best String Orchestra, Choir, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Dance, Mariachi, and Visual Art. Over 150 students form throughout the district were selected by their teachers to attend our one of a kind honor camp at the Army Navy Academy in Carlsbad. The intense week closes with outstanding student performances and an art exhibit at Chula Vista High School. General admission is $5 at the door.
