Regional Instructor Orientation (RIO)

Regional Instructor Orientation (RIO) in collaboration with Southwestern College

This course is designed to provide instructors who will deliver SFT training programs with an overview of State Fire Training, CFSTES, and FSTEP, instructor registration requirements, instructor responsibilities and accountability, how to schedule and return courses, and SFT Policies and Procedures.

Regional Instructor Orientation | 0900-1300 hours

Second part of day: Certification Examination Evaluator Training ( Lead / Skills) | 1330-1730 hours.  NOT INCLUDED in RIO, must register for CEET separately.

  • $180.00 per student
  • Maximum of 50 students

 Tuition is non-refundable if a cancellation by Student is received within 30 days prior to the class start date.   Failure to appear for registered training (“No Show”) or cancellation within 10 days prior to the event, may impair ability to register for future training.
