Ethical Leadership for Instructors in collaboration with Southwestern College
This one day course is designed to provide you with the concepts and theories of the ethical decision making process, help you recognize the signs of an ethical dilemma, identify advantages and disadvantages of ethical behavior, and an opportunity to review examples of classroom situations in which instructors used their leadership role to either encourage or discourage ethical behavior. Participants in this class will examine ethics, values, principles and morality. State Fire Training’s Instructor Code of Ethics / Conduct will also be presented.

- If we are not able to meet the minimum number of students for the class, it will be cancelled. You will be notified approximately 1 week prior to the class start date and refunds will be processed.

Tuition is non-refundable if a cancellation by Student is received within 30 days prior to the class start date. Failure to appear for registered training (“No Show”) or cancellation within 10 days prior to the event, may impair ability to register for future training.
