Join us on Saturday, October 29th from 3:00pm to 8:00pm as Downtown Chula Vista transforms into a beautiful and lively, cempacuchil filled celebration for the 2nd Annual Día de los Muertos Celebration!
This free community event will include fun for the entire family and is a great way for the community to come together to honor our loved ones that have passed, while still celebrating life. The celebration includes a community altar, an Altar Contest and Catrín Ensemble Contest for cash prizes, music and dance performances from three different locations, kids crafts, treats, delicious food, vendors, themed photo opps throughout the neighborhood and a special screening of Disney Pixar’s COCO in the Memorial Bowl starting at 7:00pm!
