Join us for a listening session on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss.
We want to hear from you! Attend this Community Forum to share your experience with Alzheimer’s disease and discuss how the Association can best serve your community. Together, we can help enhance care and support resources for those facing this disease.
In collaboration with AARP, this forum will have interactive activities for all participants, and will have other local organizations in attendance. Content will be presented in both English and Spanish. Refreshments will be provided.
