"Love Your Heart" is an annual Live Well San Diego campaign to prevent heart disease and stroke by empowering the public to know their blood pressure numbers and take control of their heart health. Join us on Saturday, February 11th for our Love Your Heart Community Fair where we will have FREE blood pressure screenings, take-home blood pressure monitors, COVID-19 and flu vaccines, prepared meal distribution, naloxone kits/training, and a Health and Resource Fair with 20+ organizations involved!
