Twice a month the Chula Vista Fire Department offers free car seat installation checks. Find the staff in the Macy's parking lot at the Otay Ranch Town Center on Saturday, April 22. Each event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and parents, grandparents, or caregivers can bring their car seat to learn proper car sear installation from a certified installer.
