A City Council Workshop will be held on Thursday, October 5 to explore impacts, policies and opportunities to address the state of unsheltered residents in the City. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in Council Chambers at 276 Fourth Avenue. Check the website www.chulavistaca.gov/councilmeetings for details. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in person or provide input via e-comments. The workshop will also be broadcast via livestream.
