TILLY

Tilly has been with the Animal Care Facility since 06/062023... that is over a year!

Meet Tilly, the longest-term resident at our shelter—a stunning husky with striking eyes who has been waiting over a year for her forever family. Tilly is a sweet and shy girl at first, but once she feels comfortable, she opens up and loves to play, occasionally coming in for pets. She’s already housetrained and has a real love for her toys. Tilly has a unique quirk—she tends to fixate on small shiny objects and can focus on them for extended periods.

Though she enjoys her time in the yard, Tilly would benefit from some leash training, as she walks best when she's a little tired. With a heart full of energy and love, Tilly is also highly treat-motivated, making her a huge foodie! She's looking for a home where she can channel her energy into play and affection. Could you be the one to give Tilly her long-awaited forever home?

THOMAS

Has been with the Animal Care Facility since 07/17/2023.

Thomas is a bundle of joy who lights up any room with his warm personality. This lovable pup walks well on a leash with just a bit of a pull, and he adores being showered with pets and back scratches. While he’s not interested in toys, he thrives on human companionship and prefers to be around people.

Thomas can be a bit picky with treats, but don’t let that fool you—he’s incredibly tolerant and playful, making him a delight to be around. He did wonderfully at the groomers, showing off his sweet and easygoing nature. If you’re looking for a furry friend who will bring endless joy and affection into your life, Thomas is the perfect match!

Has been at the shelter since 08/18/2023.

Benito is a heartwarming three-legged pup who exudes friendliness and affection. Despite his extra challenge, Benito is a strong and resilient boy who doesn't let anything slow him down. He adores giving kisses and loves to receive head pets, making him the ultimate cuddle companion.

Though he’s not interested in playing at the moment, Benito does enjoy treats and knows the 'sit' command. He’s a favorite among our dog walkers and looks forward to his daily walks. With a little regular grooming, Benito’s charm will shine even brighter. This loving boy is ready to bring joy and snuggles to a forever home. All long term resident adoption fees are $25 and pets over the age of 7 are $35. They are all neutered/spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, received flea medications (we recommend continuing monthly topical medications) and microchipped (registered for you). Chula Vista residents will also receive a 1 year license.
