Eric Alden has practiced law since 2013 and joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2021. Mr. Alden’s primary focus as a Deputy City Attorney is handling civil litigation matters involving the City in state and federal court.

Before joining the City Attorney’s office, Mr. Alden practiced at a civil litigation firm in San Diego where he handled a variety of tort and professional liability claims, ranging from wrongful death cases to premises liability matters to fraud and fiduciary claims.
