Rebecca Yang has been practicing law since 2013.  She joined the City Attorney’s office as a Deputy City Attorney in 2021.  Before joining the City Attorney’s office, Rebecca practiced civil litigation with a focus on disability rights and landlord-tenant law.  As a Deputy City Attorney, Ms. Yang handles civil litigation involving the City of Chula Vista.
