Role and Function
Pursuant to the City of Chula Vista Charter § 600 and Municipal Code Chapter 2.47, the Health Wellness and Aging Commission serves as a resource, to advise and to make recommendations to the City Council, and City Manager on health related policies and opportunities under the Healthy Chula Vista Initiative that would benefit the community.
The Commission is composed of ten members appointed to staggered four-year terms. As listed below, all terms expire on June 30th of the year. Click here to APPLY for the Commission
