We require a set of inspections for all projects that require Landscape Architecture plans as a part of the larger project to confirm the landscape is in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes and standards. 

Scheduling an Inspection

To schedule a Landscape Architecture Inspection, email Dave DeFacci, Senior Landscape Inspector, DDeFacci@chulavistaca.gov

Please request the inspection as soon as possible, as inspections are limited each day.  You will need your permit number available to make the requests. Inspection requests received after the daily limit has been reached will be made for the next available business day.
