How to Pay Your Parking Ticket

When paying by mail, please do not send cash. Only checks or money orders are accepted. Please include your citation with your payment.

NOTE: Parking citations issued by ACE Parking CANNOT be paid at the City of Chula Vista Police or Finance Departments. 

How to Appeal Your Parking Ticket

Appeals must be submitted within 21 days from the date the citation was issued.

If you wish to appeal a parking citation, please wait 24 hours from the time of issue.  If your appeal is denied, you will have 21 days from date of notification to pay the citation at the original amount.

Note: Citation appeals submitted online will receive a confirmation of appeal filing and decision via email.

Note: Verbal appeals are not offered onsite. In-person appeal submittals only.

Be sure to include all documentation, such as photos, copies of disabled person's placard with ID card, or valid parking permit.  Be sure to include a copy of the ticket and your return address.  You will be notified of the results by mail within 4 weeks.
