Republic Services (Trash)

The City of Chula Vista Finance Department is no longer assisting in the collection of unpaid trash accounts. Republic Services is now the responsible party for all delinquent accounts. If Republic Services recovery attempts are unsuccessful and the accounts remain delinquent, Republic Services may ask the City to place a lien on the affected properties and ultimately the unpaid charges are placed on the property tax bills for collection.
