The following information must be provided prior to the approval of your renewal. After obtaining the required information and documents indicated, the application may be submitted in person to the Chula Vista Police Department.

Please be aware that an incomplete application submitted by mail will cause delays in the processing of your renewal.

Required Documents/Fees

• Completed Police Controlled License - Tobacco Retailer Renewal form
• Copy of current City of Chula Vista Business License
• Payment of $322 (Checks and money orders are made payable to the City of Chula Vista)
