Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parking Permit
The City of Chula Vista will be enforcing a new law that restricts recreational vehicle parking on City streets except by permit beginning on May 16, 2016. The 24-hour permit allows residents to park their recreational vehicle on the streets near their residence. There is a limit of 72 permits per residence per year. Additionally, permits can be issued for a maximum of three consecutive days. Chula Vista residents may also purchase a permit for guests with recreational vehicles. The cost of the daily permit is $2. Proof of residency and vehicle ownership or control is required.
PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 72 hours to process online permit applications. Permits purchased online will only be processed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
It is illegal to park any of the following vehicles on City streets without a valid City permit. CVMC 10.52.495

Permits can be purchased in person at the Finance Department counter at City Hall, 276 Fourth Ave, Chula Vista, 91910. Building A. Permits purchased in person can be processed on the same day as purchase. Permits purchased online will be issued within three business days of receipt of permit application.
